I didn't like the breakfast because u had to pay for it,,so I did it wasn't good,$12.50 buffet breakfast ,there wasn't much for the buffet,,I got better breakfast at hotels that are free,,I've stayed at Drury Inn that have a great big buffet and a kick back evening dinner and drinks and a great value on rate,,if there was one at Pigeon Forge Tn,,I definitely be at that hotel for the reason of the great breakfast and kickback dinner,plain and simple ,,when someone gets an hotel this is what they want for there hotel stay of what they pay,,pretty much I payed almost double ,than if I stayed at a drury inn at a great rate and great breakfast,kickback and great amenities, pool,hottub,

I enjoyed everything thing about being there.Its no one particular thing all attractions were great..I will plan another trip soon because its more I would like to see.I loved my stay at the Hilton and I will keep them in mind on my next visit..

Well, the room itself was very nice, comfortable and clean. Since we were there for a night it’s really hard to say more. I will say that we will be back to Pigeon Forge and we will be Staying at your hotel.

It is so conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just me and my husband and we just rested pretty much all week....which is what we needed.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was not. The queen suite bedroom was small and was cramped making it hard to move around . Extra nice for a pet friendly room

The atmosphere was nice and the location of the motel made it easy to get to the attractions. I will definitely use your agency again.

We came to this hotel when the cabin we had rented was infested with hundreds of millipedes, so we were most concerned that the hotel be clean and have good beds. In those respects the hotel was perfect. We slept great on the beds and our room and the common areas looked and smelled fresh. My only small complaints were that the Wi-Fi didn’t work and my ATT signal was weak so I had trouble getting email/phone calls and looking up info I needed. The bathroom was nice and the shower was roomy but water pressure was low. The staff for the restaurant and the grounds were great (breakfast was surprisingly good and a real value at $10/person) but front desk staff were slow and not as friendly. Overall, I was happy with the hotel. We even enjoyed the pools (indoor and outdoor) and the nice hot tub though the indoor pool was too cold to swim.

I loved everything especially how accommodating the staff were. We did an early departure from home and walked into the hotel for a room and the manager was able to book us two rooms for our size of family! She did do a lot to get us our rooms next to each other which was awesome. Facilities were clean and kept well and the pool outside was amazing , clean and clear. The inside however , was toooo cold as if there was no heater and a bit to echoey. Hot tube was amazing! Other than the indoor pool everything else was amazing
